(ALL LGU DEPARTMENTS AND NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES)

A. All Iligan City Local Government Units are enjoined to participate in this contest.

B. The Christmas Village with the 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 must be decorated with lights since all the entries will be lit up simultaneously during the Christmas Village lighting Activity at the kick-off ceremony. However, to ensure that all the lights are safe and electrical connections are properly installed, the participating schools and colleges must secure a clearance from the CPDO and CEO. The CPDO and CEO personnel shall visit the stations of the participants anytime.

C. The allotted space for the Christmas Village must not exceed 8x8 meters. Use of hazardous materials is not allowed. This shall be checked by the Organizing Committee.

D. The name of the department must be tagged in the Christmas Village.

E. The participating departments must ensure that their entry is kept in good condition from the time of installation until the judging process has been completed. While the participating departments must maintain their entries, they are not allowed to make any substantial changes or modifications to the star after it has been set up.

The committee shall be constantly monitoring the Christmas Village for any changes or adjustments. All entries will be photographed on December 1, 2023 for documentation and monitoring.

The judging of the booths will be on December 15, 2023, 6PM.

F. Winners will be announced during the awarding ceremony on the LGU-lligan Christmas Party.

Cash Prizes and certificates will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

winners.
