Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation no. 124, series of 2001, Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week is observed every third week of November to raise public awareness about the harmful effects of illegal drugs and to encourage public cooperation in the government's anti-drug campaign.
Let us unite in this cause and strive towards a safer and healthier future for everyone!
